• Question: why do you go red when you are embaressed ? xx

      I believe it’s to do with adrenaline and the fight or flight mechanism we all have inside us – it causes the blood vessels to dilate so blood rushes close to the skin and makes us appear red.

      I agree. It it the fight or flight mechanism… with the rather embarrassing side-effect or revealing when we are feeling stressed. I used to blush every time a cute boy talked to me at school… i have it under control now.. somewhat 😉
