• Question: Scientifically - Why is it so hard to get up in the morning?

      I wish I knew the answer! I think the fact that bed is warm and out of bed is (normally) cold has something to do with it.

      Also, my brain seems to remember from the night before what type of alarm I’m setting. There are two categories: Get up NOW or you’re in big trouble (as in, going to get a bus, meeting someone) or get up if you want, maybe now, maybe in a few hours. Unfortunately work is in the second category!
