      Yes i think there are unfortunately quite a few things that we do not have yet have treatments of cures for. The ebola virus is a particularly nasty one to definitely avoid.

      A common ‘ish’ one, thankfully not in this country, is rabies which is a horrendous deadly viral infection. Many attempts have been made to treat it which have all been unsuccessful. In fact as far as i know only one person has ever had rabies fully and survived and her treatment has been tried on other patients since but without success.

      I think the key is to look where you are going if you are travelling, have all your jabs and try your best to stay safe. 🙂
